We had a wonderful stay at a hotel close to a famous shopping destination. the room had a great view of a beautiful garden, with a comfortable bed and convenient sockets and USB ports. the hotel provided rituals toiletries, which we appreciated. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially a lady named Dawn, were extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this pretty hotel to our family and friends. Cons: Nothing, all excellent! 😊.

The food was lovely, very well presented & of an excellant standard
All but one member of staff very helpful & friendly however the one person on duty on arrival didn't seem to be aware of booking, not very friendly or helpful & a reluctance in booking table for meals. Therefore the welcome was poor but his attitude did improved slightly as the days progressed.

The Bignell Park was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were above standard and quite posh considering the competitive price. I would recommend this hotel highly.

We recently stayed in a hotel in Bicester for a weekend getaway and there were a few positive aspects of our experience. the hotel offered a delicious menu with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, being conveniently located near popular attractions and easily accessible from the main road.
On the other hand, there were a few negative aspects that affected our overall satisfaction with the hotel. we encountered some maintenance issues in our room, such as a non-functioning safe and a faulty towel rail.

The room we stayed was very spacious and clean for our family with two boys. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent with good price. It was 5 minute drive from the Bicester village so very good location if you love shopping and that was why we stayed there!
The breakfast was served from 9am on Monday though it was a bank holiday. However it seemed that they had a staffing problem on the particular day.

I had the pleasure of staying at a recently renovated hotel in Bicester. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a cozy yet modern atmosphere. The location was perfect, nestled in a charming village. The staff, particularly Megan in the brassiere, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The little extras arranged in the room added a personal touch to our stay. Despite the small drawbacks like the slightly uncomfortable beds and intermittent WiFi, I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family. I had a wonderful experience and would return without hesitation.

Friendly staff, good food and good value if you manage to snap up one of the discounted rooms now on offer. An early stroll in the garden on a bright spring morning before a whlosome breakfast is a fine way to start the day.
Having stayed at the hotel over a period of time I have been recently disappointed at the poor state and deterioration of some of the decor and fittings in the rooms particularly the bathrooms. However I hear some investment is imminent and this is about to be addressed so I look forward to a return to the level of quality this hotel deserves.

nice and quiet - no traffic noise. Good sized rooms. Pleasant lounge area. Nice breakfast
No dinner Sunday evening- not informed when booked room. Bathrooms, although clean, looked in need of redecorating. Not easy to find as address inaccurate.

The hotel was quiet, breakfast selection was very good and the location was pretty but very accessible for shopping in Bicester.
In general the hotel seemed a little run down. Some of the carpets were extremely worn. Our evening meal was not great and the staff did not come across as being very experienced. Our bathroom floor tiles were loose and the walls could have done with a lick of paint.
